By accessing the Studio Storage website (studiostoragesc.com/) or engaging Studio Storage for storage, distribution, moving, or freight services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Services

Studio Storage provides pallet storage, third-party logistics (3PL), commercial and residential moving, and freight services within the markets we operate. Specific services, rates, and terms for your engagement will be outlined in a written estimate or service agreement.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise stated. Quoted rates assume the conditions described in the estimate; significant changes (volume, access, timing, special handling) may require a revised quote.

3. Liability & Insurance

Studio Storage maintains cargo, premises, and general liability insurance. Cargo coverage applies up to per-pallet declared value as outlined in your service agreement. Higher coverage available on request. Studio Storage is not liable for damage caused by client-packed materials, undisclosed contents, or acts beyond reasonable control.

4. Prohibited Items

Studio Storage does not store or move: hazardous materials beyond our license, illegal substances, live animals, perishable food without prior written agreement, firearms or ammunition without proper documentation, or items requiring USDA / DOT special classification we do not hold.

5. Payment Terms

Standard terms are net-15 from invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late accounts may be subject to suspension of services and lien on stored inventory per South Carolina warehouseman’s lien law.

6. Cancellation

Short-term storage is month-to-month with 30 days’ written notice. Long-term contracts follow the terms in the signed agreement. Moving services may be cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled date without penalty; later cancellations may incur fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Storage’s liability is limited to the value of services provided in the 12 months preceding the claim, except where coverage is explicitly extended through declared cargo value.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Horry County, SC.

9. Changes

Studio Storage may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be posted with a revised “last updated” date and notified to active clients.
